Nearby airports are the Penang International Airport(1-hour drive), Alor Setar Airport (1.5-hour drive) and the newly upcoming Kulim International Airport (only half an hour drive). If you are on your way to Thailand, Bukit Kayu Hitam or Langkawi Island, it is recommended to transit in Sungai Petani. Park Avenue Hotel is only next to the Sungai Petani selatan tollhouse. You could choose rooms with the majestic Mount Jerai view that will vanishes all the fatigue you have accumulated from hours of driving. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the property will start operation on 9th June 2021. The property has the authority to turn away guests who are not under applied rules.
